Last day left to vote for your favourite garden - the closing date for nominations is Monday 30th June.
Somerton Best Front Garden Competition 2025
Each year Somerton Town Council awards trophies and certificates to residents of Somerton who have “gone the extra mile” to ensure that their front garden is full of colour and “does Somerton proud”. Residents and visitors are encouraged to nominate their favourite garden in Somerton.
Members of Somerton Gardeners Club carry out the judging in July and will categorise the winners into three categories:
(1) Traditional (2) Pots and Gravel and (3) Pollinator Friendly.
The awards ceremony is held at the Annual Flower Show, which is being held this year on Saturday 16th of August at Edgar Hall.
